Project Manager
Drive projects from planning to completion by efficiently managing timelines, budgets, resources, and stakeholder coordination
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Defining project objectives, requirements, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
- Monitoring project progress and identifying potential risks or issues
- Managing project scope and change requests
- Ensuring project documentation is complete and up to date
- Coordinating and communicating with team members, stakeholders, and external vendors
- Identifying and resolving project conflicts
- Tracking and reporting project status to stakeholders
- Conducting project post-mortems to identify areas for improvement
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or project management
- Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successful project delivery
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong leadership and team management skills - Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Understanding of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall
