Senior Merchandiser
Join our growing team and play a key role in product development—overseeing materials, samples, approvals, and logistics with accuracy and efficiency
Responsibilities:
- Ensuring timely and accurate raw material sourcing, tracking all developments and bulk orders while managing approvals to finalise details
- Overseeing sample management, including requesting, tracking, and coordinating market, photo, and customer ad samples
- Assisting in packaging and shipping to retailers and factories
- PLM: Developing and releasing accurate, timely tech packs to ensure styles are production-ready
- Maintaining organised and up-to-date logistical files and folders
- Managing photoshoots and supporting web business operations
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Minimum 4-5 years experience as a product development or bulk merchandiser in a reputed apparel organization
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and other office applications
- Ability to work within a high-performance, cross-functional organization with extremely tight timelines and aggressive goals
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize critical issues
Self-starter, resourceful, team player - Positive and dynamic attitude and the ability to interact professionally in a fast-paced environment
